Elsa Caleb Appointed Chair of the West London Chamber of Commerce
The West London Chambers of Commerce is delighted to announce the appointment of Elsa Caleb as its new Chair, as she begins her tenure at the start of 2026.
A Proven Track Record
Elsa joined the Board of the West London Chambers of Commerce in October 2023 and has since made a significant contribution to its strategic direction and external engagement. With a strong track record in governance, business development, skills, education, and international trade, she brings extensive experience across the private, public, voluntary, and creative sectors.
Since joining the Board, Elsa has played an active role in convening high-impact business events, roundtables, and collaborative forums. Her work has focused on creating practical opportunities for knowledge exchange and business growth, while strengthening relationships between local businesses, community organisations, and strategic partners.
Global Outlook and Local Impact
In 2025, Elsa joined Chief Executive Alan Rides in leading an international business delegation to Atlanta, Georgia. The mission supported West London enterprises in exploring global markets and building international partnerships. This delegation reinforced the Chamber's commitment to enabling locally rooted businesses to engage confidently on a global stage.
Alongside her work with the Chambers, Elsa is the Founder and Director of Elsa Caleb Ltd, where she advises organisations on business growth, funding, and capacity building. She has held various senior leadership roles across boards and committees, supporting organisations through periods of strategic change with a particular focus on skills development and community impact.
Royal Recognition
In May 2025, Elsa was invited to Buckingham Palace to meet His Majesty King Charles III in recognition of her contribution to skills development and education. The visit marked a significant milestone in her public service journey, reflecting her longstanding commitment to building pathways that empower individuals and businesses alike.
